Hi, I’m Hayley

With 16 years of experience in community services, I began my career supporting victims of crime through the criminal justice system and coordinating a statewide program to enhance the security of women who had left intimate partner violence.

I also played a vital role in assisting vulnerable individuals, including children, to give evidence in court. After becoming a mother and navigating the NDIS for my daughter with a disability, I founded Alee Disability Support Services, which has grown into one of Australia’s most sought-after paediatric support coordination companies.
